Help the Scotland-China Association celebrate its 50th birthday in the Year of the Monkey 

Since 1966 the SCA has been a bridge between Scotland and China and is one of the oldest organisations linking the two countries. For 50 years we have provided a forum for people interested a country with a remarkable past, an exciting present, and a significant future.

Who:     Primary school classes 1-7

               Age categories:   P 6-7 P4-5 P1-3

What:        A celebration of the SCA's links with China over 50 years

              and the Year of the Monkey, beginning on 8 February 2016

Medium:  Painting, drawing, calligraphy, poetry, video or sound

When:   Closing date for entries: 29 April 2016

Where:     Entries should be sent to: SCA/Peter Lindow/Art Competition

                Abden House, 1 Marchhall Crescent, Edinburgh EH16 5HP

Awards:   Individual and group

Group winners will receive a generous prize for the school library, individuals will receive mementoes.

The Tom Murray Memorial Prize will be awarded to the school with the best overall standard of entries.

Prizegiving: Friday, 27 May 2016 - 11 a.m.
