Vacancy – Confucius Institute Teaching Fellow in Chinese

The Confucius Institute for Scotland is seeking to appoint a full-time teaching fellow in Chinese. This is a fixed-term appointment, available until 1 August 2021.

The School of Literatures, Languages and Cultures, seeks to appoint a full time teaching fellow in Chinese on a fixed term contract for the Confucius Institute (CI) for Scotland in the University of Edinburgh.

The successful applicant will be required to teach within the framework of the CI courses and as required contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate Chinese in Chinese Studies. You will have experience in the delivery of Chinese language teaching within the higher education sector.

This is a full-time (35 hours), fixed-term appointment available until 1st August 2021.

Salary: £33,797 to £40,322 (UE07) per annum.
