January Update from SCEN

Great Congratulations to SCEN International Ambassador Baiqi Lu, our old friend Tina!
Tina has published a book on teaching and learning in China and in Scotland, drawing upon her study visit to the University of Edinburgh and Scottish schools in 2014.

Holly Mackenzie writes to let SCEN Members know of the University of Chinese Writing Chinese Network, which runs an annual translation competition.
This year it is open exclusively to secondary school students. The winning writer will be mentored by a professional translator and have their translation published in a journal.
